4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup cooked rice
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Juice from a small orange
1 2/3 cup water
Mix all ingredients together well. Turn out onto a lightly floured
surface and knead.
On floured surface, roll out dough to 1/4 - 1/2-inch (1 cm) thickness. Cut into dog-bone or desired shape. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets; bake in centre of 350°F (180°C) oven until dark brown and crisp, 40 to 50 minutes. Transfer to rack; let cool.
Melt chips in a double boiler or microwave. Add oils and seasonings.
Dip tips of cookies, when cooled, into desired sauce and place on
a pan lined with wax paper until set.
